K (half joking and putting on a childish voice): Anyway, she’s up in heaven now with God and Jesus.
T (joining in): That’s right.
K: ...and my Nanna and Grandpa.
T: ...and you’ll be seeing her when you get up there.
K (looking a bit more wistful): Yeah.
T: ...and you can give her a great big hug and tell her how much you love her and how much you’ve missed her.
K (lump in her throat): yeah.
I wander out of the room and to go and clean my teeth
K (from the bedroom): God, you can really tell why people want to believe all that stuff can’t you.
